Is this a short-sale? ?If so, it will stipulate a timeframe, i.e. for example "45 days from Bank Approval" so that it shows as more vague than an actual closing date.

If this is a regular sale, I cant imagine why a closing date would not have been listed on a contract. ?Never seen this before, as this is a very critical term in negotiating a contract on a regular sale OR foreclosure sale.
