On January 1, 2013?Life Time?is launching a nationwide movement called?Commitment Day,?in partnership with brands including lululemon and Whole Foods, and charity partners including the Special Olympics,?MusiCares, and?Folds of Honor.
Commitment Day is revolution in resolutions aimed at curtailing resolution failure and encouraging Americans to commit to a healthier way of life. To kick-off this day, hundreds of thousands of people in?30 cities across the U.S. will participating in a?concurrent 5K. ?The beauty of?Commitment Day is that anyone can participate and that it is all about making the first step and not about the race.
